jenics specialise in the hotel development market. They act as consultant to operators and developers at all levels of the market including negotiation of occupational terms, development strategy and funding advisory (both forward funding and forward commitment scenarios).

We have acted for Travelodge Hotels Limited since 1998 and have acted as Outsource Development Manager since 2003. In this role, we have procured some 3000 Travelodge rooms in over 30 developments. We act as site finder, negotiate terms of occupation, agree documentation and liaise with contractors and funders to secure the completed hotel.

jenics have successfully provided advice on forward sales (PC and investment funded) on new build hotels including Crowne Plaza, Park Inn, Premier Inn, Staybridge and brands under the Hilton and Accor portfolio.

jenics are currently advising on several schemes nationally where developers benefit from our specialist knowledge of the occupational requirements of the operators and knowledge of the leisure market to assist both standalone and mixed use developments.
