We advise on alternative higher use values and provide a consultancy package to help the landowners derive a value from their asset by liaising with planners, contractors, funders and occupiers.

jenics are actively engaged in development and letting consultancy in leisure and roadside schemes. Uses including retail, restaurants and fast food.

We also undertake a property asset role for clients including IRC plc and Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.
