jenics have advised occupiers and developers in the care sector in the last 5 years.

Originally retained by Bupa and Southern Cross we currently act as principal advisor to LNT Care Homes.

LNT currently operate from 20+ care homes and with a similar number in solicitor's hands or under construction. They are targeting approximately 1300 rooms per year, i.e. 2 new build homes per month and are in the unique position of operator, contractor and developer. LNT have secured an £80 million funding package including development and investment funding.

jenics are also extremely active in the sheltered housing market (retirement accommodation) and act as a land buyer for the major operators in this sector.
