Jeremy Collins BSc MRICS – Director

Jeremy has been in the leisure/licensed property sector since 1988 holding senior roles at Christie & Co and Edward Symmons Hotel & Leisure and established jenics in 1998.

Neil Bowler BSc (Hons) MRICS - Director

Neil started his professional career at Hillier Parker, London, moving north to establish the Manchester office in the mid 90's. A period with retail specialist Mason Owen developing a leisure department and subsequently joining King Sturge, Manchester to set up a North West leisure team. Neil joined jenics in 2000.

Sean Hartley – Consultant

With over 20 years of experience in the licence trade Sean has an excellent understanding of the sector from both an operational and agency point of view having worked for Jennings Pub Company and Brewer, followed by agency roles within the licensed and leisure sector, latterly with GVA Grimley.

Lisa Crewe - PA/Office Manager

Lisa joined jenics in 2002 and has over 14 years experience assisting the more specialised surveying practices in Manchester City Centre. She also has a legal PA background.
