jenics provides a specialist hotel and urban leisure practice with the addition of healthcare development advisory. We provide a proactive approach in recognising operators' requirements, contrary to the usual property agents modus operandi, namely 'What have I got that will fit the bill'.

Our understanding of operator's requirements gives jenics an 'edge' in advising development clients to the extent where in the majority of cases we have been able to forward plan schemes based on pre-lets to a number of operators across the hotel, leisure and care sectors.

Our success is built upon promoting schemes: not ourselves. The latter comes with the former.

We believe the scope of the services we can readily provide are largely unique. Working closely with our clients we have developed working practices tailored to their specific requirements.

A small, niche practice incorporated in 1998 we believe that it is the personal level of service from the Directors that is one of our main strengths.

Our client base is extensive, ranging from individuals to international companies on both occupier and development/landlord site. However we believe that by maintaining a selective client base we ensure the quality of the service and advice.
